In this article we will learn how to set Check-in reminders as it ensures users don’t forget to check in to their desk, meeting room, or parking bookings. This improves space utilization accuracy and avoids unused bookings.
Note: Only Admins or Facility Managers can configure check-in reminders.
Steps to Configure a Check-In Reminder
Log in to your HybridHero account.
Navigate to Location Settings.

Click the Edit button at the top-right corner.

Select the tab you want to set the configuration to:
Desk
Meeting Room
Parking Space
Scroll down to Automatic Check-In to No (check-in reminders apply only to manual check-in).
Set the Check-In Reminder Time based on when you want the reminder to be sent.

Click Save Changes to apply the update.
The check-in reminder will now be sent at the configured time for the selected booking type.
