How to search the team in user settings

In this article, we’ll learn how to search for a team in User Settings. This helps you quickly locate all users belonging to a specific team and make bulk edits or updates when needed.

Note: Only users with Admin and Facility Manager access can view and manage the User Settings section.

Step-by-Step Guide: To search Team in User Settings

1. Log in to your HybridHero account.

2. Under Company Settings, click on User Settings.

   

3. In the search box, type the team name and select it from the dropdown list.

   

• Note: You can only select a Leaf Team (a specific sub-team) and not a Parent Team.

4. A list of all users belonging to the selected team will appear.
5. You can then bulk edit or make individual changes to the users or their team assignments as needed by clicking on bulk select or select the user to make individual changes. 

This feature makes it easier to oversee team structures, update user access, and maintain accurate records across your organization.
