In this article we will understand how to remove members from the team, when they're no longer part of your/specific team or no longer need access. Keeping team lists up to date ensures proper access control, accurate reporting, and clean organizational structure.
Note: If you're a Admin and Facility Manager you can remove team members whose primary team is different. Team Manager can only remove users from their own team.
Steps to Remove Members from Team:
- Go to the Team Settings Option under Company Settings
- Select the desired team and a Setting windows will open on the right side of the screen

Go to the people tab as shown in the above image on the right side

Click the BIN icon displayed in front of those users which you want to remove from the team and then click Save
