This article explains how adding other teams helps Admins, Team Managers, and Facility Managers gain visibility into team structures across the organization. It enables better cross-team coordination, resource planning, and booking visibility
Step by Step guide: To View other Teams
- Log in to your Hybridhero account.
- Click on the Company Settings tab and the select the Team Settings.

Click on the Active and Inactive check boxes to see both inactive and active teams, or select any one to filter it accordingly
- The total number of members, managers and assets are shown in each line for their respective.
By default only 10 teams will be displayed on each page. To view the next set of teams, click on Next page displayed at the bottom of the page.
Viewing other teams in HybridHero not only improves transparency but also helps streamline collaboration and oversight across departments making team management and planning more effective
