In this article, we will learn how to make an asset Active or Inactive. Whether you’re managing access or cleaning up the list, HybridHero makes it simple to update asset status and keep your workplace data accurate.
Step-by-Step: Making an Asset Active or Inactive
Log in to your HybridHero account.
Go to Company Settings and select Location Settings.
Select the desired location (Country, City, Building, and Floor) where the desk needs to be made active or inactive.

From the top menu, select the icon for the asset you want to manage:
Desk → select the desk icon
Meeting Room → select the meeting room icon
Parking → select the parking icon
If Desk is selected, the list of all desks for that floor will be visible.
Click on the Edit icon. A settings panel will open on the right.
Tick the Active or Inactive box to apply the changes.
Click Save at the bottom, and you’re all set!
Keeping asset statuses updated helps maintain an organized workspace, ensures accurate visibility, and streamlines overall administration.
