This article explains how to create a new desk in a specific location, building, or floor using HybridHero.
Note: Only users with Admin, Location Manager or Facility Manager access will be able to add new desks.
Steps to Add a New Desk
- Navigate to Location settings under Company settings.
- Navigate to the required Location, Building and Floor.
- Once the floor is selected click on Add Desk button or Add Multiple Desks button
- To add a single workspace, give the workspace name and description.
- Click on the Permissions menu and assign the team to the workspace and click on Save.
- To add multiple desks, download CSV template file and fill in the details.
- Upload the template with workspace details and click on Validate and click Upload, the desks will be created.
These steps will help you to add a new desk or group of desk and make it available for users to use.
