In this article, we will understand how to add or update identification proof documents under the Personal tab in HybridHero. Keeping your identification documents up to date ensures accurate employee records, smooth verification processes, and compliance with company and legal requirements.
Note: As a user, you can only view the Personal tab if the Admin has enabled this option for users.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log in to your HybridHero account.
- Click on the People tab from the left-hand column.
- Go to the Personal tab from the top navigation menu.
- Scroll down to the Identification section.
- To add, click on the “+” icon.
- To edit, click on the pencil icon on the right-hand side of the identification document.
- A settings panel will open on the right.
- Add or update the following details:
- Type of document
- ID number
- Issue Date
- Expiry Date
- Issue Country
- Status of Document
- Image (Maximum file size: 1 MB; Accepted formats: PDF, JPEG)
By keeping your identification proof documents current in HybridHero, you ensure that your profile remains accurate, helping HR teams verify details quickly and preventing any delays in official processes.
