How to Add Emergency Contact Information?

Let's learn how to update the most important part of your personal information - Emergency Contact. Keeping your emergency contact information up to date is important for your safety and workplace protocols.

• Emergency contact numbers are used only for health or safety-related communication.
• Please ensure the contact number provided is kept up to date.

Steps to Update Your Emergency Contact Number

1. Log in to your HybridHero account

2. Go to People tab and click on Personal page as shown in the image below

   

3. Scroll down to find the Emergency Contact section and click on + Icon

   

4. You will see the option to enter the details on the left side of the screen

   

5. Enter the required information and click Save

You can add more than 1 emergency contact however only one of the contact can be the primary one.
