Mobile App: How to change the location on the floor plan

Navigating between different office locations or floors is simple using the HybridHero mobile app. If your organization operates across multiple locations or buildings, you can easily switch between them to view the relevant floor plans and desk availability.

This feature allows users to:

• View floor plans of different locations or buildings

• Book desks, rooms, or parking spots in another office

• Ensure accurate reservations based on where you're planning to work

Steps to Change the Location on the Floor Plan

1. Open the application and login using your email and password

2. From the home screen, tap on the Floor Plan Tab to see current booking floor.

   

3. Click on the location picker section to change floor/building/city or country

   

4. Go to the desired floor and floorplan will load once you hit the Select button

   

By following these steps, users can efficiently navigate and load desired floor plans within the application, providing a comprehensive visual overview of various locations for effective booking and planning.
