Mobile App: How to Desk/Asset filters on the floorplan

The HybridHero mobile app offers flexible options to help you quickly find and book the type of desk that suits your needs. Using filters, you can narrow down your search to view only specific desk types such as standing desks, dual-monitor desks, collaboration areas, or quiet zones.

Applying filters helps you save time and ensures you find the right kind of workspace based on your preferences or work requirements. This is especially useful in hybrid environments where different desk setups are available.

Steps to Apply Desk/Asset Filters in the Mobile App

1. Log in to your HybridHero mobile application using your credentials

2. Tap on Floor Plan Tab as shown in the image below: 

   

3. Use the filter icon as shown below to open the filters window for all type of desks, meeting rooms or parking space. 

   

4. Select your options from either desks, meeting rooms or parking and tap on confirm to filter out as per the requirements. 

   

You will now see desks/meeting rooms/car parks as per the filter criteria set in the previous window.
