Mobile App: floorplan overview

1. Accessing the Floorplan
   • Tap the floorplan icon located on the left side of the bottom menu bar
   • From here, you can book desks, meeting rooms, and parking spaces

2. Start time & End Time
   • On the top right, tap the clock icon to edit the start and end times
   • This lets you check resource availability for the selected time frame

3. Location Picker
   • At the top, tap the location picker icon
   • Select the desired Region > Country > Building > Floor, then tap Select to load the floorplan for that location

4. Understanding team bookings.
   • Tap the team icon in the bottom right side of the floor plan.
   • A list of your teammates will appear. If any have bookings for the selected floor, date, and time, those bookings will be displayed.
   • Tap the blue pointer icon to view their booking and contact details.
   • Use Book Nearby to reserve a desk, room, or parking spot close to a teammate.

5. Use the filters
   • Tap the filter icon in the top right corner.
   • Select from the list of available filters (e.g., desk type, amenities).
   • Tap Apply to update the floor plan only resources that match your criteria will remain visible.

6. Understand the Key

   Each bookable resource displays a colored circle to indicate availability:

   • Green – Available
   • Red – Booked
   • Grey – Not available
   • Orange – Available by Request
   • Blue – Booked by You

      Tap the key icon in the top right to view the legend. Tap it again to close.
