How to assign parking spaces to a team?

Assigning parking slots to specific teams helps streamline workplace operations and ensures better resource management. Here’s how it adds value:

Steps to Assign Desks to a Team:

1. Log in to your HybridHero account
2. Go to Team settings under Company settings

3. Select the team to which the parking space should be added

   

4. Setting windows will open on the right side

5. Search for the parking space to be added under Assigned Parking and click on Add as shown below:

   

6. Click on Save at the bottom to confirm the changes

   

By assigning parking spaces to specific teams in HybridHero, organizations can optimize space utilization, reduce booking conflicts, and ensure a smoother arrival experience for users.
