In this article we will understand how to assign primary and secondary team to a user. Assigning a Primary Team helps define a user's main reporting structure where as Secondary Teams allow users to book assets assigned to those teams.
Step-by-Step guide: To Assign a Primary Team
- Log in to your HybridHero Account
- Select User settings under Company settings
- Click on the user who needs to be assigned to a team
- A settings panel will open on the right hand side of the screen
- Click on the Teams icon next to the settings icon
- Under Primary Team search the team which user has to be assigned.
- Click Save to apply the changes
Primary Team - This is the main team for reporting and organization purposes.
Step-by-Step guide: To Assign a Secondary Team
- Log in to your HybridHero Account
- Select User settings under Company settings
- Click on the user who needs to be assigned to a team

- Click on the Teams icon next to the settings icon
- Under Secondary teams search the team which user has to be assigned.
- Click Save to apply the changes
Secondary team(s) - If selected, a user can book assets assigned to the teams.
