In this article, we will understand how to assign HR Manager and HR Admin roles to a user.
These roles ensure proper access control and enable delegation of responsibilities within the system, allowing HR functions to be managed efficiently and securely.
- Log in to your HybridHero Account
- Navigate to User settings under company settings.
- The User settings window opens with the list of existing users.
- Select the user who needs additional roles.
- The User settings window opens on the right-side panel.
- Scroll down and expand HR Permission groups.
- Select HR Manager & HR admin
- Click on Save to apply the changes!
The selected user will now have the appropriate HR permissions, enabling them to manage HR-related tasks based on the role.
