Emergency responders play a vital role in managing situations such as fire drills or evacuations, ensuring the safety and accountability of all employees. Admins can easily assign designated responders to users.
Step-by-Step: To Assign Emergency Responders
- Log in to your HybridHero Account
- Navigate to User Settings from company settings
- Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find the user you want to assign an emergency responder
- Click on the user's name to open their profile or edit screen.
- Look for a section labeled Emergency Responder
- Use the dropdown to select a designated Emergency Responder from the List.
- Fire Warden: Fire evacuation lead
- First Aid: Workplace medical responder
- Emergency: Critical or General emergency support

Click Save to apply the changes
That's it! By clicking save, you have successfully designated that user with their specific emergency response role.
