How to Download Meeting Room Report in Schedule

In this article we will understand how to download Meeting Room report in the schedule tab. Admins and Team Managers can download a monthly report for a specific floor directly from the Schedule tab.

This report provides a comprehensive overview of meeting room utilization, displaying the booking status of each meeting room whether it is available or booked across the entire month. 

Step by Step guide: To Download the Report

1. Log in to your HybridHero account.

2. Click on the Schedule tab located on the left side of the screen and select meeting rooms as shown below:

   

3. Select the desired floor using the location picker icon 

   

4. Navigate through the months using the arrow buttons to go backward or forward

   

5. Once the data loads for your selected location and month, click the Download icon

   

6. Your Meeting Room Report will be saved to your device for easy review.

This allows for better insight into occupancy, helping teams make informed decisions on space planning and usage trends.
