How to view no-show rates for a specific location and time period

In this article we will understand how Analytics lets Admins and Report Viewers track key workplace trends, including the no-show rate which helps you understand how often booked resources go unused. 

Note: You’ll need to have either Admin or Report Viewer role assigned to access the Analytics section

Step by Step guide: To view the No-Show Rate for Location and Time frame

1. Log in to your HybridHero account
2. Navigate to the Analytics section from the left-hand menu.
3. Select the location by selecting location picker icon 

4. Once location is selected, select the time period from the section

5. Once your selection is applied for location and teams, the reports will update automatically and no show rate will be displayed as shown below: 

You can refer the same steps for Parking and Rooms for No Show rate. 

Monitoring the no-show rate helps organizations identify patterns of unused bookings, enabling better space planning and improved resource utilization.
