How to Make a Booking in HybridHero (3 Easy Ways)

Below are the quick ways to book a desk in HybridHero:

1. Quick book

• Log in to your HybridHero account.
• Go to the Dashboard
• Click on the Quick Book button located at the top right corner of the screen. 

• This will bring up the booking screen, where you can either reserve a desk, room or parking for your preferred date and time. We can also add comments for more clarity.

2. Floor Plan Tab

• Click on the Floor Plan tab. (Here you will be able to see a pictorial representation of the floor plan and desks.
• Click on the desk, car park, or meeting room which is available. (Available Desks will be Green in color, Booked Desks will be in Red color and Available only by request Desks will be in Orange color)

• From the booking screen here, set the required time for the booking and Click on the Book button that appears, and your booking will be saved.

3. Schedule Tab

• Navigate to the Schedule tab section

• Go to the Location View section and select View by Month or Team

  - If you have selected View by Month, click on a green square below the correct date in your name row, and the desk will be booked for your specified work hours and default desk

  - If you have selected View by Team, click on your team to expand it, and then click on the green square against your name and date which is required to make the booking

  

• From the booking screen here, set the required time for the booking and Click on the Book button that appears, and your booking will be saved.

Each of these methods Quick Book, Floor Plan, and Schedule View gives you flexibility to choose how you prefer to book, based on your routine.
