Parking tags help control access to specific parking spaces — such as those reserved for visitors, electric vehicles, staff, or people with disabilities. As an admin, you can easily create, assign, or remove tags to manage who can book which parking spots.
Step-by-Step: Manage Parking Tags (Admin Only)
Log in to Your HybridHero Admin Account
From the left-hand menu or dashboard, click on Company Settings.
Navigate to Location Settings
Choose the correct building and floor.
Click on the parking icon (or room icon if shared with rooms).
A list of all parking spaces for that floor will appear.
View and Manage Available Parking Tags
Click on a specific parking space to open its details.
You'll see a list of available parking tags (e.g., “Visitor,” “EV,” “Reserved”).

From here you can:
Create new tags
Edit existing tags
Delete tags that are no longer needed
Assign Tags to Parking Spaces
In the parking space details, assign the relevant tag(s).
You can assign multiple tags to one space (e.g., “EV” + “Reserved”), depending on your organization’s needs.
After making updates, click Save to apply all changes.
