Room tags in HybridHero are used to categorize meeting rooms and make them easier to find and filter — for example: "TV," "Computer," "Projector," and more. As an admin, you can add, assign, or remove tags to help users quickly find and book rooms that meet their needs.
Step-by-Step: Manage Room Tags (Admin Only)
Log in to Your Admin Account
Go to https://app2.hybridhero.com and sign in with your admin credentials.Go to Company Settings
From the left-hand menu or dashboard, click on Company Settings.Navigate to Location Settings
Choose the correct building and floor.
Click on the Room icon (or room icon if shared with rooms).
A list of all Room names for that floor will appear.
View and Manage Available Room Tags
Click on a specific Room space to open its details.
You'll see a list of available Room tags (e.g., “TV,” “Projector,” “Computer”).

You can:
Create new tags
Edit existing tags
Delete tags that are no longer needed
Save Changes
After making updates, click Save to apply all changes.
Once the tags are applied, users will be able to find the rooms using these tags as filters, and easily use the required room as per the asset they need.
