The filters in HybridHero’s Schedule tab allow you to zoom in on exactly what you need whether it’s bookings for desks, meeting rooms, parking spots, or other assets. Using filters helps streamline scheduling, avoid confusion, and make smarter workspace decisions.
Step by Step guide:
- Log in to your HybridHero account

Navigate to the Schedule tab on the left side of the screen

Select desks, meeting room or parking as per your preference from the options shown below:
- Click on location picker icon and select the desired floor and you will see the desks of your preferred floor.

Click on the Filters tab this will bring up a list of amenities on the asset
- Once you select the required tags, hit Apply, and the filtered list of desks will be displayed.
Using filters makes it easier to find desks, meeting rooms, or parking spaces that meet your specific needs, saving time and improving your booking experience.
