This article guides Admin, Team Managers and Facility Managers on how to view all bookings made by their/specific team in HybridHero. It’s a useful way to stay organized, avoid booking conflicts, and ensure everyone has access to the resources they need—whether that’s desks, meeting rooms, or parking spaces.
Keeping track of your team’s bookings helps with planning, resource optimization, and making sure everyone's schedule aligns smoothly. It's especially helpful in hybrid workplaces where coordination is key.
Follow these steps to view all bookings for your preferred team:
- How to login to HybridHero? to your HybridHero account using your credentials.
- Click on the Schedule tab at the left of the screen

Choose the type of resource you want to view—like desks, meeting rooms, or parking spots.

Next, click on the "View by" dropdown and select Team.

Select the team name from the dropdown as shown below:
- The system will display a monthly overview of all bookings for that team on the selected floor
- Click on the down arrow shown in front team name to see the bookings of team members for Desks
