How to book future desks with date selector in floor plan

This article explains how to book desks in HybridHero by using the date cursor to select future dates. It helps users plan ahead by choosing specific days for their bookings quickly and easily.

Step by Step guide:

1. Log in to your HybridHero account.
2. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be directed to your HybridHero Dashboard.
3. Please select floor plan tab and choose on the floor plan map to locate your default or preferred location.

4. Please choose the date cursor to change the dates and select on the available desk and make the bookings

   

5. Choose the timings and click on save button
