How to add a floor plan to the location?

Step-by-Step: Adding a Floor Plan

1. Navigate to Location settings under Company settings.
2. Navigate to the Location, Building and the floor.
3. Click on the Floor plan editor on the left to land on the Floor plan editing canvas
4. Add rooms from the building option from the right-side menu.

5. Drag and drop the required room shapes to the canvas.
6. Place Desks, Rooms or Parking, from the First option on the right-side menu.

7. Once the assets are placed in the required positions, assign the assets (Desks, Rooms or Parking) using the fourth option from the right-side menu.
8. To assign them, click on the drop down menu for each asset section (Desk/ Room/ Parking).

9. Click on the asset from the canvas and click on the Assign button near to the asset code to map them and assign it to the selected asset.

   

10. Once all the assets are assigned, click on the Publish button to save the Floor plan.

    These steps will help you to add a new floor plan to a location and make it available for all users to make use of it.
