In this article, we’ll walk through how to delete a user in HybridHero. Removing users who are no longer part of the organization ensures that your reports, user directories, and analytics reflect only active employees, keeping your system clean and accurate.
Note: You must have either a Facility Manager or Admin role to delete a user.
Step-by-Step Guide: To delete a User
- Login to your HybridHero account.
- Navigate to User settings under Company Settings.
- Click on the user which you want to delete
- A settings panel will open on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Scroll down to the bottom of settings panel
- Click the Remove User button.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the deletion.
Note: Deleting a user will Check them out of all active bookings and cancel all future bookings associated with that user
- Click Confirm Delete to permanently remove the user from the system.
