Where can I see incoming requests?

This article will help administrators to approve or reject asset booking requests made by users in HybridHero V2

In HybridHero V2, users can request a desk from a different team, and an administrator or team manager will receive a request to approve or reject the request.

Here are the steps from the administrator's perspective to view and handle the asset request in HybridHero:

  1. Login to the HybridHero web app.

  2. To view the requests for desks, car parks or meeting rooms go to Dashboard.

  3. From Your day section on the top, click on the View all requests option.

  4. Switch between incoming and outgoing requests using the toggle button. Set it to Incoming to view requests from users by default it is set to Outgoing

  5. You can either choose specific assets like Rooms, Parking, or Workspace by checking their boxes individually, or you can handle all asset requests at once, with all boxes checked by default.

  6. From the Requests page you, there will be two options, either click on Approve or Reject button against each incoming request which includes the details of the asset and the user requesting them.

  7. You can view your old requests that have been approved, expired, or rejected once the check box Include past requests.
