Note: Only a Team manager or an Admin can book on behalf of other users.
How to book assets on behalf of someone else?
There are two ways where an Admin or Team manager can book on behalf of other users.
Book Assets using the Quick Book Button
Click on Quick Book from the Dashboard and select the asset that you want to book like Workspace, Parking, Rooms
After the selection of assets, date, time, and location select the user under Book for and click on Book.
Book Assets using Plan Tab
Click on Plan Tab from the left menu then select the asset that you want to book like Workspace, Parking, Rooms.
Select the View By to Team
Select the appropriate team
Select the booking day corresponding to the user
A booking window will open on the left side of the screen with the details to enter for the date, time, and location of the asset.
Once all the details are entered, kindly click on Book
