To change the team for a user in HybridHero, follow these steps:
Click on the Team Memberships tab in the Left Menu.
On the right side, you will see a list of users on your team. If the user is in another team, click on the team name to access the drop-down menu displaying all teams in the system.
Select the correct team for the user from the drop-down menu.
Once the user is listed und Unassigned Users select the user.
Click on the arrow pointing to the left (<<) in the middle to remove the user from the current team.
The user will now appear under Unassigned Users.
To add the user to the relevant team, go to Unassigned Users and select the user.
Click on the drop arrow in the Team Members box.
Select the relevant team from the drop-down list.
Click on the ">>" box to add the user to the selected team.
