Users can follow the steps below to find information about their teams and colleagues.
Login into HybridHero.
Click on the Team tab from the left menu.
Users can belong to more than one team. There can be only one primary team for a user but can have more than one secondary team.
On top there will be a Team drop down list. If you belong to more than one team, clicking on drop down will list all the accessible teams.
Click on the required team from the drop down to see its member details.
Note: The first team listed indicates the Primary team in which the user belongs to.
The users listed under Unknown are the ones who don't have any bookings for that day but belong to the same team as yours either as Primary or secondary.
To find more information about colleagues, the user can click on any of these colleagues under Unknown and can see their profile information.
