Note: Admins can change an existing user from one team to another.
A user has to be assigned to a particular team to book an asset in HybridHero. To change the team for a user, please follow the below steps.
Login in HybridHero.
Select Company settings from the left menu.
Click on User settings.
Choose and click on the user who needs a team change.
User profile window will pop up on the right-hand side.
Click on the Team icon.
Under Primary team, search for the right team in which user has to be assigned.
Click on Save button.
Note: Primary team - This is their main team for reporting and organization purposes.
Users can have a primary team and more than one secondary team.
