This article will help you with the necessary information regarding the Buidling configuration settings.

If you're new to the HybridHero Visitor App, this guide will help you to complete your Building settings and thus be able to launch the Visitor management system.

Building settings configuration includes:

  • Default language

  • Terms and Conditions

  • Screening Questions

  • Access Points

  • Visiting reasons

  • Check-in and check-out message

  • Auto Check-out

Default language

You can edit this section and select the necessary languages you want your visitors to select from on arrival. You can choose which languages your visitors will receive.

Here you get the option to make it default as well. You can make changes by just toggling the button near the required language.

Terms and Conditions

Once this option is enabled. Here you can upload the terms and conditions for your company in PDF format. You can upload, remove and view your company terms and conditions for all available languages.

Screening Questions

Upon enabling the screening questions you can upload, view and delete your set of screening questions for all available languages for your visitors.

Access Points:

Assign access points for your visitors to enter your office. You can add, delete and make the access points active or inactive as well.

Visiting reasons:

You can select the necessary visiting reasons your visitors can pick from. You can make each visiting reason active or inactive.

Weclome Screen settings and welcome message:

As you might have guessed, you can change how the welcome screen is displayed for your visitors. Also you can edit the welcome message.

Check-in message

You can set Location specific messages that visitors receive after they have a successful check-in or check-out upon visiting.. Here we have options to modify messages for each Access point.

Auto Check-out

Choose under what conditions and auto check-out occurs. You can set a time for the same or make it to a default time.
