Are you having trouble with seeing the desk or meeting rooms from the "Locate" tab in HybridHero? This article will walk you through the steps.

This happens if your Default Zone/ Default location is set to an inactive zone/location​.

Step 1: From the My Work page, go to the My Settings section.

Step 2: Add / Change the Default Zone to an active zone.

Step 3: Click on Update.
