In this article, we will understand how to log in to HybridHero (HH) using Single Sign-On (SSO).

Single Sign-On (SSO) allows users to securely access HybridHero using their organisation’s existing identity provider, such as Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, or Google Workspace.

With SSO enabled, users can log in to HybridHero without needing to remember a separate password.

Steps to Log in with SSO

1. Open the HybridHero application: app2.hybridhero.com
2. On the login screen, enter your company email address and click on Continue
3. HybridHero will automatically detect whether SSO is enabled for your organization and redirect you to your organization’s configured identity provider

4. Log in using your company credentials

   

   Please note: Your company’s SSO login page may look different and may have a different background and/or your company's logo.

    

5. Depending on your organization’s security policies, you may also be asked to:

• Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Approve a sign-in request
• Verify your identity

6. After successful authentication, you will automatically be redirected back to HybridHero and logged into your account
