This article helps when you try to log in to HybridHero but see a wrong email address in the error.
Issue
- You try to log in to the HybridHero app
- You see an error message
- The email shown is not your work email
Example:
“AADSTS50020… user does not exist in tenant”
Why this happens
- Your phone or browser has a saved Microsoft account (personal email)
- During SSO login, the system automatically uses that account
- Because of this, login fails
How to fix (try this first)
- Clear HybridHero app cache (from phone settings)
- Open browser (Edge / Chrome / Safari)
- Tap the profile/account icon
- If any account is signed in, click Sign out
- Go to browser settings and clear cache and cookies
- Close the browser
- Open the HybridHero app again
- Log in using your work email
If still not working
- Uninstall HybridHero app
- Uninstall your browser
- Install both again
- Try login with your work email
Result
You will be able to log in with the correct work account.
This issue is common with SSO login. Clearing saved account and cache usually fixes it.
