Viewing active and inactive assets

In this article we will understand how to view active and inactive assets helps you manage space availability effectively. It allows you to identify which desks, meeting rooms, or parking spaces are currently usable and which ones are inactive.

Note: Admins, Facility Managers, and Location Managers can view active and inactive assets.

Steps to View Active or Inactive Assets

1. Log in to your HybridHero account.

2. Go to Company Settings and navigate to Location Settings.

3. Select the desired location hierarchy (Country → City → Building → Floor) where the assets are placed.

   

4. Click the relevant asset tab to view assets:

   • Desks

   • Meeting Rooms

   • Parking Spaces

5. On the middle-right side of the screen, use the Active and Inactive checkboxes:

   • If Active is selected, only active assets will be visible.

   • If Inactive is selected, only inactive assets will be visible.

   • If both are selected, both active and inactive assets will be shown.

Why this matters

Filtering assets by active or inactive status helps you easily view, edit, and manage asset availability, performing bulk edits to update the active or inactive status of multiple assets at once.
