In this article, we’ll learn how to update the availability status of desks or other assets for external teams in HybridHero.
Note: Only users with Admin, Facility Manager, or Location Manager access can make these changes.
Step-by-Step Guide: To change the Availability Status
Log in to your HybridHero account.
Under Company Settings, go to Location Settings.

Select the desired Country, Building, and Floor where the desk is located.
Click the edit (pencil) icon beside the desk name.
A settings panel will open on the right.
Click on the Permissions tab (next to the Settings icon).

Under Availability, select Available/Unavailable/Available to Request as per requirement.

A confirmation pop-up will appear, click Confirm to proceed.

Finally, click Save at the bottom to apply the changes.
Note: Changing the availability status will automatically delete all current and future bookings for that desk or asset.
