In this article, we will learn about the different availability statuses and what they mean in the HybridHero asset availability. HybridHero uses a color-coded key to visually represent the availability of resources such as desks, rooms, and parking spaces. This intuitive color scheme helps users quickly identify and manage bookings with ease.
🔴 Red – Booked by Someone Else
If an asset has already been booked for the selected date and time, it will appear with a red dot. You can tap on the icon to view the booking details.
🟢 Green – Available for Immediate Booking
Asset marked with a green dot are available to book right away. Tap the icon to view asset details and proceed with booking.
🟠Amber – Available with Approval
These assets require approval before the booking is confirmed. Tap the icon to view approval requirements and submit a request. If approved or rejected you will receive an email confirmation of the booking.
⚪ Grey – Unavailable
Assets shown in grey are not available for booking. This may be because they are reserved for specific teams or users, made inactive, or temporarily blocked for safety reasons such as social distancing.
🔵 Blue - Booked by you

Any Asset you’ve booked will be highlighted in blue. Tap the icon to view, edit, or delete your booking.
