Updating desk names helps ensure that each workspace is easily identifiable for employees and managers. It allows for better organization, especially when there are multiple desks across different locations.
Note: Only Admins, Facility Managers, and Location Managers have permission to change desk names.
Step-by-Step Guide: To Update a Desk Name
- Log in to your HybridHero account.

Go to Company Settings → Location Settings.
- Select the desired Location (Country → Building → Floor) where the desk is assigned.
- Locate the desk and click on the pencil (edit) icon next to it.
- A Settings Panel will open on the right-hand side.

In the Name field, enter the new desk name.
- Scroll down and click Save to apply the changes.
By keeping desk names updated, you help maintain an accurate floor plan and make it easier for employees to locate and book their designated workspaces efficiently.
