In this article, we will learn how to make a location active or inactive in HybridHero. Managing whether a location is active or inactive helps keep your HybridHero account clean and up to date.
Step-by-Step Guide: To Active/Inactive Location
- Login to your HybridHero account.

Navigate to Company Settings → Location Settings.
- Depending on the level of the location you want to manage:
Region: Click the Edit icon beside the region name.
Country: Select the region, then click the Edit icon beside the country name.
City: Select the country, then click the Edit icon beside the city name.
Building: Select the city, then click the Edit icon beside the building name.

Floor: Select the building, then click the Edit icon beside the floor name.

Click the Edit icon beside the specific location.
Note: If you inactivate a parent location (e.g., Region, Country, City, or Building), all child locations under it will also become inactive.
To inactivate only a specific floor, make sure you navigate step by step:
Country → City → Building → Floor → then click the Edit icon.
- Once you click the Edit icon, a settings panel will open on the right-hand side.
- At the top, you will see a toggle to set the location as Active/Inactive.

Select the option as required and click Save to apply the changes.
By carefully managing active and inactive locations, you ensure that employees only see relevant workspaces, minimize booking errors, and maintain an organized system. Regularly reviewing location status will help keep your HybridHero environment accurate and efficient.
