This article explains how users and admins can access and manage request notifications in the HybridHero V2 mobile app, helping teams stay informed, respond promptly, and ensure smooth coordination for bookings and approvals.
Admin & Users: How to Find Request Notifications
Log in to your HybridHero account.

From the Home Page, tap the Bell icon in the top left corner.
You will be directed to the Activity screen, where all notifications are displayed.
Note:
Admins: Can view both incoming and outgoing requests.
Normal users: Can view only their own outgoing requests.
Admins: How to find and Approve/Reject Incoming Booking Request
At the top of the Activity screen, you will see the "Requests" section.
This section shows the latest incoming booking requests for admins to review.
Tap on any request or click on more> button to open the details page.
Once on the request detail page, you can approve or reject the request using the provided options.
After taking action, the request will move to the “Old Requests” section for reference.
By default, admins see incoming requests.
To view your own booking requests (outgoing), use the toggle or filter option to switch views.
