In this article we will understand the payroll section under analytics. The Payroll Reports section is split into two main data blocks:

Employee Absences
View patterns of absences across the selected period and team/location. Useful for tracking leave types and trends. -
Employee Activity
Gain insight into the work attendance, bookings, and presence patterns of employees, helping you understand their engagement and workspace usage.
Note: You’ll need to have either Admin or Report Viewer role assigned to access the Analytics section
Step-by-Step: How to Access the Payroll Reports Section
- Log in to your HybridHero account.
- Navigate to the Analytics tab from the left-hand side menu.
- Click on the Payroll Reports icon (💲icon) on the top menu bar.

Apply the available filters to tailor the data to your needs:
- Location
- Team
- Date Range
To download, click the three dots (...) and click on Email.

A pop up will open and select the following export formats:
- CSV
- Excel
Click on the selected option and your file will be sent directly over your Email.
This feature ensures secure and convenient access to payroll data, making it easy to generate accurate reports for HR, finance, or compliance needs.
