Understanding the performance management section from analytics

The Performance Management section under the Analytics tab gives valuable insights into how teams are interacting with the workspace. This section is especially useful for evaluating team behavior, space optimization, and promoting more efficient office usage.

Note: You must have either the Admin or Report Viewer role assigned to access the Analytics section.

Step-by-Step: How to Access the Performance Management Section

1. Log in to your HybridHero account.

2. From the left-side menu, click on the Analytics tab.

3. Click on the Performance Management icon at the top (📈 icon as shown in the image).

4. Select your desired filters such as:

   • Team

   • Date Range (e.g., Week to date, Month to date, Custom date range, etc.)

     

What You’ll See in the Performance Management Section

The Performance Management dashboard offers a clear overview of team and user behavior within the platform, including:

• Booking Trends

• Team Attendance Rates

• Comparison Against Previous Periods

• Booking Completion Rates

• No-Show Trends

• Space Usage per Team or Department

Exporting Data

To export the performance data:

1. Click the three dots (⋮) on the top-right of any metric or chart.

2. Choose your preferred format:

   • CSV

   • Excel

     Your download will begin automatically upon selection.
