How to Delete your Booking? (2 Easy Ways)

Need to cancel a desk booking? No problem! HybridHero makes it easy to release or delete your desk, meeting room or parking slot bookings and it only takes a few clicks.

In this guide, we’ll show you two simple ways to manage and cancel your desk bookings: from the Dashboard or the Floor Plan tab.
 

Cancel a Booking from the Dashboard.

1. Go to the Dashboard after logging into HybridHero
2. Find the booking you want to cancel
3. Click the Edit (✏️ pencil icon) on that booking
4. A booking menu will appear on the right side of your screen
5. Click the Bin (🗑️ icon) on the top right corner to delete your booking

1. Head over to the Floor Plan tab in HybridHero
2. Look for desks or assets marked in blue—these indicate your active bookings
3. Select the desired asset to release/delete your asset booking

4. Click on the Bin (🗑️ icon)  on the top right corner to release or delete the booking

   

 

Pro Tip:

If you’re unsure whether to cancel from the Dashboard or Floor Plan, just use the one that’s most convenient for you, they both achieve the same result!
