When you Can / Cannot edit a Booking?
- You can edit a booking if it is scheduled for the future.
- You cannot edit or delete a booking once the time has passed or you’ve already checked in.
Steps by Step guide:
From the Dashboard, you will be able to see the bookings made for the week. Here are the steps to edit an upcoming booking.
1. Log in to your HybridHero account.
2. Navigate to the Dashboard. Here, you will see a list of your bookings for the current week.
- In the booking screen that appears:
- Adjust the date, start time, or end time as needed.
- You can also change the asset (desk, room, parking spot, etc.) associated with the booking.
- Once your changes are made, click Save Changes to update the booking.
