The "Who's In / Who's Out" section in HybridHero provides a quick and clear overview of user attendance and availability status for a selected date. This section is especially useful for receptionists, office managers, and team leads to track who is expected in the office and who is working remotely or off for the day.
How It Works
Each attendance status includes a summary count and an expandable list of users. Here's how it’s structured:
In Office
Shows users who are physically in the office.
Click “Expand” to see a detailed list of attendees.
If no bookings are present, it will show: "No records".
Remote
Shows users working from home or other remote locations.
Click “Expand” to view names and locations.
Useful for remote attendance tracking.

Client Site
Reflects users who have marked themselves working at a client location.
Click “Expand” to view names.
If no one is on-site, you will see: "No records".
Out of Office
Users who are on leave, vacation, or sick.
Expand to see who is marked out.
Unknown
No booking or check-in for the day; status is not identified
Expand this section to view users who have no data recorded for the day
Expand/Collapse Feature
Each category has an “Expand” or “Collapse” toggle:
Expand: Click to see all users under that category with name and location details.
Collapse: Click to hide the list for a cleaner view.
This makes the dashboard easier to manage and helps you quickly drill down into the relevant groups.
