How can I limit how far in advance users can book parking spaces?

The Default Advance Booking Limit controls how far ahead users can reserve parking spaces within your organization. You can customize this setting for each location.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Navigate to Location Settings
   1. From the left-hand sidebar, go to Company Settings.
   2. Click on Location Settings.
2. Click on Edit
   • On the right side of the screen (next to the search icon), click the Edit button for the desired location.
3. Open Parking Configuration
   • Click the Parking icon to access parking-specific settings.
4. Adjust the Default Advance Booking Limit
   1. Locate the field “Default bookings to be made”.
   2. Use the up/down arrows to increase or decrease the number of days in advance users can book.
   3. Enter 0 to allow unlimited advance bookings.
5. Save Changes
   • Click Save Changes at the bottom of the panel to apply the new settings.

Note: If your book ahead setting is limited to a specific number of days, you will only be able to select dates within that range. The system will not allow you to save bookings beyond this limit.
