The Asset's Advance Booking Limit setting allows you to control how far in advance users can book their reservation within your organization. Setting this limit helps manage resource availability more effectively and avoids long-term overbooking.
Note: Only users with Admin, Location Manager or Facility Manager access will be able to change or setup the limits
Step-by-Step Guide:

Navigate to Location Settings
- Go to Company Settings from the sidebar.
- Select Location Settings from the menu.

Click on Edit
- On the right-hand side of the screen (below the search icon), click the Edit button for the relevant location.

Select the Room Icon
- Click on the Room icon to open room-specific configuration options.

Adjust the Default Advance Booking Limit
- Find the Default Advance Bookings field.
- Use the up/down arrows to set the number of days in advance rooms can be booked.
- To allow unlimited bookings in advance, enter 0.

Save Changes
- Click on Save Changes to apply your preferences.
With the above steps, you will be able to configure the advance booking for rooms at the organization level.
