This article explains how to delete a location in HybridHero. Removing outdated or unused locations helps streamline location lists, enhance admin efficiency, and ensures that users interact only with active and relevant locations within the system.
Note: Once the Location is removed this will delete all current and future bookings for all child Locations
Step-by-Step guide: To delete a Location
- Log in to your HybridHero Account
- Navigate to Location settings under Company settings.
- Search the Location which you wish to delete.
- Click on the Edit icon next to the location.
- Make sure that there are No Assets Active or that they are Booked under this location.
- From the Right-side Settings panel, toggle the Active button to Inactive
- Click on Save Changes at bottom
Click on the Edit icon again, then click the Remove Location button to permanently delete the location.
To delete a location, it must first be made inactive. All meeting rooms and members assigned to that location must be either moved to another location or removed.
