Note: You’ll need to have Admin, Location Manager and Facility Manager role assigned to create a new location
Step-by-Step Guide: To create a new Location
- Log in to your HybridHero Account
- Navigate to Location settings under Company settings.
- Click on Create a new location to start creating the required location
- Select the Region from the location level dropdown, then enter the following details:
- Name – Required
- Description – Optional
- Parent Location – Automatically set as Global for Region
- Manager – Optional; add if needed
- Once the region is created, Click on a New location and start by creating a hierarchy in the following order:
- First Region
- Country
- State
- City
- Building
- Floor
- While creating a new Building, provide additional details such as:
- Parent Location
- Default Language
- Time zone
- Currency
- Week start day (First day of the workweek)
- Opening hours for each day (Official working hours)
Note: When creating a new Floor, Building, or Country, make sure to correctly assign the parent location.
*For instance, if you're creating a new floor, type the name of the building in the Parent Location field. This ensures the floor is properly linked to the correct building.
- Click save and you're all set!
The new location will be created under Location Settings. You can create multiple Floors, Buildings, Countries and Regions.
