Below are steps to be followed to assign meeting rooms to a team:
Go to Team Settings under Company Settings.
Select the team to which the meeting rooms to be added.
Click on the Team name.
Setting windows open on right side.
Search the meeting room to be added under assigned rooms
Select the meeting room to be added and click Save.
